TOPIPTV Offers Premium IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) service delivered with m3u8 list or Xtream Codes application like IPTV Smarters Pro, using the Internet protocol suite over the Internet, instead of being given through traditional satellite signal or cable television formats, TOPIPTV Shop offers the ability to stream channels and media VOD directly from our servers to your device at home.
2- How does IPTV service work?

IPTV is a system where digital television service is delivered to the subscriber through Internet protocol technology via the medium of internet connection.

IPTV uses Internet protocol (IP) based network to deliver TV channels to user’s set-top box, mobile, tablet, browser or desktop.

3-What is different packages available?

TOPIPTV provide four package for subscribers and 3 packages for resellers:

 

1-For Subscribers:

 

  • 3 months subscription.
  • 6 months subscription.
  • 12 months subscription.
  • 24 months subscription.

 

2—For resellers:

 

  • 300 credits
  • 1500 credits
  • 3000 credits

 

* (1year subscription = 30 credits)

 

4-How to test the service before subscription?
TOPIPTV provide a 24h test every time through shop section, although free test is generated every Monday, you can ask on ticket creation to support.
5-How to buy subscription?
You can go to shop menu then choose the plan you want and go through processes of payment (i.e you have to create an account to speed the process)
6-What is the return policy?
We put in place a process of test with the customer, if the customer is satisfied 100 % with the service, then he can order a premium subscription, if the customer change mind after a subscription is issued we can’t guarantee any return, because the code is initiated on our system and it’s too late to go backward.
7-Where I can get support from TOPIPTV?
TOPIPTV provide to customer continuous support, customers must open a ticket on our ticketing system on the portal, follow-up will be made by our technicians.
8-Can I install subscription on more device?

Yes, but you can watch one device a time, we don’t provide concurrent conations.

If you need more device, you have to get one subscription per device.
